Absolutely loved my stay! The view was simply breathtaking – waking up to that scenery every day was a dream. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome; everyone was so friendly and helpful. It honestly felt like a home away from home. Can’t wait to come back!
This is a great hotel. Really clean, beds comfortable (I actually asked for a mattress topper to make it a bit softer and they fitted one straight away), good black out blinds. Good shower pressure. The staff are wonderful. Nothing is too much trouble. They realised it was my husband's birthday from his check in details and bought him a slice of chocolate cake and left macarons in his room! We parked nearby in the Puntilla car park. Lola at reception was really helpful with that and we can't thank her enough. The hotel location is fantastic - right on the best part of the beach. Breakfast was great - you can order eggs and bacon if you want it. Lots of choice. I definitely recommend staying here
Two adults spent 7 nights at NH Imperial Playa. It was the perfect location and the staff were very friendly. Hotel is clean and the room is decent size. Highly recommend a room with a terrace overlooking the ocean. Loved waking up to the waves!
