Niagara Grandview Manor

Wow! What an incredible my husband and I had for our first time in Niagara Falls. The location was convenient and the hotel was gorgeous. Newly renovated but still has its character as the home is easily over 100 years old. All the staff was super kind and took care of all our needs. Staff took us for a tour and took us to our room and made sure we had everything we needed when we arrived. Breakfast is included and it was fresh and homemade. You select what you’d like for the next day. The crepes and omelets were amazing. There are freshly made pastries as well. We cannot wait to return!

First of all, the house has character! The place has recently been renovated, so while clearly old (the house is at least 100 years old, probably more), the inside feels fresh. Many rooms come with a balcony/patio areas — perfect for a morning coffee. Everything is kept exceptionally clean, our room didn’t have carpets, which added to the feeling of freshness and cleanliness. Our bathroom was exceptional: two showers to choose from, clever and useful lighting, tons of space. It’s about 30 min walk to the start of the Canadian horseshoe and about 15 min to the Rainbow bridge. Lots of Ubers in the area if walking doesn’t seem appealing (about $10 from the zip line launch point). Breakfast is not bad but is not exceptional (I’d stick to omelettes as crepes were mediocre). Overall, highly recommended!

This is my new favourite place to stay in Niagara. Charming, stylish, clean property with so much character. First impression - beautiful garden, shady terrace to relax on, perfect location overlooking Niagara river. Next - our room was huge! And had hardwood floors. It was so clean, I could smell the fresh sheets when we walked in. Bathroom with double shower is gorgeous. The amazing shower heads with the best water pressure. Bed was comfortable, the balcony with a bistro set felt lovely for morning coffee. Breakfast is included and served in a beautiful dining room. Tasty omelet made the way I like it, fruit, pastries, great friendly staff. We will be back!
