Nina Hotel Causeway Bay

What an amazing hotel experience! Right outside the Tin Hau station, it’s a beautiful tower in a great location. Everyone we’ve dealt with have been lovely and helpful, and our room is absolutely wonderful. Beautiful views of course, but the room itself is better than expected. The bed and bedding is soft and comfy, robes are as well. Our room has a heated floor in the bathroom, also. It’s clean and well-appointed. Love this hotel, excellent value for the money we spent. Next time we’re in Hong Kong, we’ll be staying here again.

Wonderful staff and great location. We were very pleased with our choice of hotel. - The location was perfect in terms of communications and ease to go places. We were just next to the metro as well as both ding ding and bus stations. - close to Victoria park and causeway bay center just a few minutes away, - There were a wide variation of restaurants, shops and cafes. - We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel, there was a small refrigerator for our sons breakfast so he could eat some before going out. - We used one of the laundry shops near by, just up the big stairs and to your right. Recommended by the hotel staff. - always pleased with the cleaning and the cleaning staff was very nice. - Reception was excellent, very service-minded and nothing that they couldn't help us with. - the size of the room was perfect for us three. - value for the money we paid - good storage for our clothes and big suitcases

Very helpful and friendly staff. With my back sprained, I couldn't handle my large luggage. So thankful that Ivan helped me take it from the taxi to front desk, and Vanessa from the front desk helped me take it to my room. She even filled two bottles of water from the water dispenser in the corridor so that I didn't have to move. I am very thankful for Vanessa's great care. Also appreciate the front desk allowed me to check in earlier so that I could take a rest to relieve my back pain. The room was spacious with comfy bed. Highly recommend this hotel.
