Rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. Elaine and colleague at front desk were most helpful with our party’s check in, giving useful info and much needed welcome after a long day of travelling. The hotel’s located is very accessible. Our taxis dropped us off right outside the hotel. There are 7/11s and restaurants right round the corner. Quiet street without any noise from the traffic.
We stayed here for 6 days during our entire Hong Kong trip. Super clean, staff speaks well English, snells good. Elevator works well. They have a fun pool area where we played pool or billiards. Their bed is so comfortable, toilet is so nice and clean. Just really worth the money. You can easily access it with busses and MTR so even though it’s far from the tourist area it’s nit a problem.
The hotel is in an excellent location, our stay was made extra special by the lovely reception we received, in particular in the Nina cafe 35th floor.Janet, was so kind and really looked after us, the space is beautiful, with amazing views, so clean, and lovely food. Really was a beautiful experience, we will definitely return when we visit HK in the future. Thank you to all the team, a very special thank you to Janet. 🙏🌷🌷🌷
