Everything was as expected! Excelent service and the stuff are so nice and friendly. I came 5 hours before our check in time and they let us stay and enter the room before the time written. I recommend it highly considering quality price.
Don't let looks deceive you! Booked a 2 night stay to celebrate the Christmas holidays here in the room which has a jacuzzi. When we arrived everything looked great except for some minor damage to the room (nothing critical) but as the stay progressed, more issues showed up. The jacuzzi water took 15 minutes to get warm before we could fill it. The pressure on the jacuzzi was so low that it took more than 2 hours to fill up (of course the water gets colder in this time..). After the jacuzzi finally filled we jumped in anyways but found out the jet streams do not work.. So basically we just filled a very big bath for more than 2 hours.. After we enjoyed the jacuzzi we tried to hop in the shower but the water wouldn't get warm. It was already late so we thought that maybe this is the reason (happens at some hotels i guess) but unfortunately the next day this was still the case. We contacted the reception about this issue but because of the weather, nobody could go look as the boiler was located on top of the building? They guaranteed us this would be fixed the next day (it wasn't). Because of these issues we were offered another night to stay for free but we didn't want to stay in a hotel without hot water... When we checked out there was no one at the reception (probably planned so we couldn't ask for a partial refund). Next to this the room was not cleaned when we were there, we had only 1 coffee available in the room and there were only 2 glasses present in the room even though there is a small kitchen with a dishwasher (why add a kitchen??). Avoid this place at all costs. Better to spend your money elsewhere..
Avoid this scam. They pull a bait and switch offering suites that look too good to be true. On the day they will offer you an inferior room or a refund but if you request the latter it will never happen.
