My review comes in the context of a business stay. I was helping run an event which brought 20 extra people to the hotel but only stayed a night myself and therefore cannot comment from any 'leisure' perspective! Checking in, I received a warm welcome from Taha and the whole process went smoothly. I had a good sleep, the room at the end of the corridor being nice and quiet and shower pressure was excellent. They have a fitness room which, although small, has quality equipment and the view is decent looking out from it on the 6th floor. I only ate lunch at the hotel which came in the form of a buffet. Decent food there. The conference room on the 5th floor was decently appointed, at a perfect temperature and no adverse technical issues encountered. Smooth throughout.
The standard room is quiet … unique. It is ok if you are on business trip, since most of the time you will not stay in the hotel. And the soundproofing is around 3 stars hotel level, sadly.
I am very disappointed. I wanted to rent the meeting room for two hours for 10 people and the price they gave me is more than $500. And this is very unacceptable and the way they communicated with me is whether you like it take it or we will not do anything else. This is very unprofessional way. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 last, I have visited lots of hotels in lots of different countries and i have never seen this price before.
