Nova Platinum Hotel

I had a great stay at this hotel located conveniently near Walking Street. The location is perfect for exploring the vibrant nightlife and nearby attractions, all within walking distance. One of the highlights for me was the breakfast — they serve authentic Indian food, which was a pleasant surprise and made me feel right at home. The variety and taste were excellent, especially the fresh parathas and masala tea. The rooms are very comfortable and clean, with all essential amenities provided. The bed was cozy, and the air conditioning worked perfectly — which is important in this area!

Hotel is filled with cockroaches and moulds. Its the dirtiest place I have visited. Its better to stay on street than to book this place. Be careful which tower you book cause some are low and some are high priced and the low ones don’t have basic cleanliness which is surprising. Not family friendly place. There are aged men picking and dropping girls throughout the day in reception area.

Avoid this totally non-hygienic hotel: bed conforter full of blood and dirty unidentified stains; lots of cockroaches in the CR; Terrible breakfast: it looks good at first sight but we saw a few men coughing and sneezing just in front of the fruits and salad buffets, we gave up; Very unpleasant smell; The lift (very tiny) didn’t work one evening: not really a serious issue but not very pleasant after a full day walking visiting around and have to go to the 5th floor; This hotel has a majority of men guests, from India. So not very suitable for a couple. The pool and hotel looks nice from the pictures in booking or agoda… don’t get tricked. It is really a filthy place.
