Novostar Nahrawess Hotel & Thalasso Resort

As soon as I entered, I was impressed by how they looked after me, the rooms were very clean and spacious, the food was varied, and the staff and chefs were kind. I was very impressed by the animators, they made me have fun to the max on the first night. I was most impressed by Chichou ,Sousou,monta,Sam,Dj, Panda and Momou❤️❤️ they were so energetic and kind. I Every night was different, there was a different show and games every day.I recommend you go with both hands.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days. It could have been much better. As time went on, I started noticing several issues. The evening entertainment was way too loud after 10 PM – definitely not ideal for a quiet and relaxing holiday. The beach wasn’t very clean, but the pool and daytime animation were good. I was disappointed with the food – very limited selection. The service was mostly unprofessional; I often had to get drinks myself during meals because staff wouldn’t bring them. A few waiters were fine, but overall the attitude was lacking. At check-out, I couldn’t exchange money to euros, and no one even said goodbye or wished us a safe trip. Not sure if it was a language issue or just lack of courtesy. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, but I hope they take this feedback seriously and use it to improve.

1. You can not eat anything, there are insects on all foods. 2. They put inside restaurant a service car, full of rubbish packages infront of our eyes. I hope they don’t use the same service car for foods. 3. Staff don’t know English in restaurant. You can not tell your problem. 4. All building has a serious cleaning problem unfortunately. 5.There was hair inside red hot appetizer 6. The responsible man in the restaurant’s balcony side, his name is wael or like that, very unpolite. He get out gas beside visitors. 7.There is no tissue on the tables. You must deal with one what they put. There is no black English breakfast tea The main problem is cleaning. Foods, rooms, elevators everything has cleaning problem. If you expect a mediterranian all inclusive holiday like in Turkey, you will fail! This hotel’s right is 2 star. Go to one of all inclusive hotel in Turkey in mediterranian and learn what is hotel. In Turkey, Many food varieties, even you can see 10 types of olives in breakfast, you can find different kinds of foods in all snack corners, you can find a real hotel facility. I will never select this hotel again!
