Our organization had an international workshop at Novotel Almaty City Center and had a successful event thanks to the support provided by the Novotel Almaty City Center. Location is great with wonderful hospitality and service. The staff was kind and accommodating and our event (and stay) at the Novotel was a wholesome experience throughout. I would definitely consider staying here again if I were to visit Almaty again.,
Novotel Hotel Almaty is by far the best choice for exploring this beautiful city, whether on foot or by public transport. Whether for a short stay or a longer visit, it offers everything: welcoming staff, comfortable rooms, stunning views of Almaty’s natural and architectural landmarks. The service is impeccable, the restaurant food outstanding, and the spa a true haven after a day of exploration. Overall, it offers exceptional value for money. I could not recommend it more highly.
We had an unplanned stop over in Almaty due to missing flight connections. The Novotel provided a great car service between the airport and a comfortable room with many amenities. Most importantly, the service we received was fantastic. Highly recommend staying here.
