Receptionist offered an incredibly friendly and warm welcome when I arrived - I got a complimentary drink because it had been my birthday a few days previously. First impressions are always lasting! It also rained heavily and staff provided an umbrella for the day. Impressive customer service. Nice spacious rooms, good breakfast and good location.
We had a very pleasant time at the Novotel Hotel Luxembourg Centre. The team is very welcoming, professional and helpful especially at the front desk. The room for a family of 3 and even 4 was perfect. It was great to have the bikes loaned by the hotel to visit the city. Stephanie and Cedric
We have a great short time in Novotel Luxembourg Center with our large family and 2 babies. We receive exactly what we specifically required about the room arrangement with 2 baby cots and connected rooms for family. The room was nice and had plenty of space. Very well soundproof. The staffs were super friendly and liked to hang around with kids. Definitely recommend it to family.
