Novotel Medellín El Tesoro

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable—definitely exceeded my expectations. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making check-in and any requests during my stay quick and easy. One of the best parts was how convenient everything was. Getting Ubers or taxis was super easy, and being directly connected to the mall made a huge difference—tons of great food and shopping options just steps away. I also really appreciated how safe I felt throughout my stay, both in the hotel and the surrounding area. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great location.

We loved our stay at Novotel. All the staff were extremely attentive and very friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the views from our rooms were stunning. We loved that the hotel is connected to a shopping mall. This allowed for easy access to and from. We didn't get an opportunity to try their restaurant but we saw it and it was absolutely beautiful. This hotel is close to many great restaurants and nightlife. I will definitely be staying here again the next time I visit Medellin.

Our hotels stay was amazing! Great staff, friendly, professional and caring! The cleanliness is above and beyond. Breakfast buffet was phenomenal. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on and the view from our room..just wow! The pool on the rooftop was so nice and relaxing. Staff goes above and beyond for their guests so I'm a little surprised to read reviews saying otherwise. I do agree Kleenex should be provided with the bathroom amenities and I do agree the water pressure in the shower is not the best and water temperature fluctuates but to me, these were minimal issues compared to the bigger picture of how incredible our stay was. Having the Tesoro mall next door was also a great thing. Sooooo many food options! I will definitely go back!
