Novotel Mexico City Centro Historico

Cute hotel near center of historical CDMX. Rooms and beds are comfy. Cleaning could be a bit better, but the highlight is their breakfast and their staff ( THANK YOU Antonio, Paola, Mariela, and Nila). Very filling,sweet and delicious meals that are prepared every morning. I stayed for 10 days and never had a bad start to my day here :)

Very clean room. A little small, but we were only staying for one night and leaving early morning to the airport. It was two of us for a single. The rooms look like they have recently been renovated. I loved the location, there's even a small courtyard area across from the hotel.

I accidentally selected the wrong hotel location and contacted customer service right away to request a transfer or any alternative solution. Despite acting immediately, I was still charged a $165 cancellation fee, with no flexibility or willingness to modify the reservation. A simple location change would have resolved the issue. Unfortunately, the customer support I received was neither helpful nor empathetic, and the refund policy felt unnecessarily strict and rigid. I did not feel supported as a customer, and I would think twice before booking through this platform again.
