I had a fantastic stay at Novotel Paris! The location is excellent,close to public transport, major attractions, and plenty of great cafes and shops. The rooms were clean, modern, and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my visit, always ready to assist with a smile. I especially appreciated the quality of the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, a great value for the price. I would definitely recommend Novotel Paris to anyone visiting the city and will gladly return on my next trip!
I had a wonderful stay at this 4-star hotel in Paris, ideally located right in the heart of the business district. The standout feature was the exceptional reception staff: professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their efficiency made check-in and check-out effortless, and they provided great local tips. The location was perfect for easy transport links. Highly recommended for travelers looking for comfort and outstanding service!
Hotel Review Good: The location is excellent. You can take Metro Line M1 directly to the city centre, and it’s very close to a shopping centre—only a 10-minute walk. The hotel offers a good view; you can see the Eiffel Tower from the room. Bad: The air conditioning was not working, and no fan was provided. It was quite warm in the room during our stay. Fortunately, the weather wasn’t too hot when we visited Paris. No glass cups were provided in the room—only paper cups. We’ve stayed in many hotels before and never had this experience. This was disappointing. The booking website stated that a fridge would be available in the room, but when we arrived, we were told that only premium rooms include a fridge. This was frustrating and misleading. The staff were not welcoming or helpful at all. Overall: If you don’t need much service, this hotel might still be fine due to its convenient location. But for us, the lack of basic amenities and poor service made it less enjoyable.
