One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in the UAE! The team here is truly exceptional – friendly, welcoming, and attentive. A special shout-out to June, who went above and beyond from the moment we made our reservation to personally welcoming us and ensuring we had a wonderful time. The food was absolutely delightful – every dish, from the soup and salad to the main courses and desserts, was packed with flavor and beautifully presented. The lunch buffet is an absolute must-try, and I’ll definitely be coming back for more! The location is convenient, with secure basement parking available for guests, making the visit hassle-free. The ambiance is warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed yet memorable lunch experience. Highly recommended!
I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Novotel Sharjah ! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. What really stood out was how clean and well-maintained everything was — from the lobby to the rooms, every detail was spotless. The front desk and Restaurant staff was very well spoken and helpful! I was especially touched by how the team helped make my birthday truly special. From the thoughtful gestures to the personalized service, it made my celebration unforgettable. I have celebrated my anniversary at this property and I was surprised that reception and reservations team made a great effort to pay attention to my requests… follow up calls to check my arrival time made me feel special.. team welcoming with Smily faces .. spacious room full with all the amenities (maybe prayer mat would have been great to see) .: delicious food . Food menu prices is affordable…. Can’t say more but I everything was as supposed to be and beyond… thanks Novotel team .: definitely will come back
