very good value for money! although the building is old, the facilities are in very good condition. But all the compliments go to the staff. Check-In by Daniele (or Davide, not sure about the name) was very professional, to the point, always kind and with a big smile. Went to relax at the pool, being asked by the lifeguard if I would like an umbrella to be opened, and he did it immediately, always smiling and super friendly attitude. in the room I found everything I needed, loved the rituals amenities! Then Francesca was very helpful by giving us directions and tips for Venice. The next morning, I was impressed again with the friendly attitude of Olga and Eric at the breakfast area! Overall, we felt so welcome and the hotel director should be very proud of the team!! Highly recommended!

She went out of her way to make our morning extra special by offering us delicious espresso from the bar. Her friendly attitude and great service truly made a difference. Value for money, in comparison with other hotels that are in the centre of Venezia. Suitable for kids as there is a mini play area for kids. There is also a small swimming pool which would be ideal for those who wish to cool down in the evenings.
