NYX Hotel London Holborn

Great stay, and lovely staff. Superb service for breakfast from Tony in the bar in particular - he remembered my order from the day before, and couldn't do enough to make it a great experience (particularly around making sure all was dairy free). The other staff were super as well (just dont know their names). Room was superb and very comfortable

Absolutely loved the service, the reception desk, bar staff, breakfast staff attentiveness, quality of breakfast options, pool, wet sauna and rooms. Highly recommend for a group of 4 and note that King beds are equivalent to Canadian Queen beds here. This worked for us here and we all slept in comfort! I want to also really highlight that due to the sheer pleasure of this stay, I consider this to be a great home base for all things London. Access to tube stations across multiple lines, National Rail and near enough to The British Museum, The National Gallery and tons of places to eat make this a great location. Would stay here again, full stop.

My partner had a conference close by, so the location of NYX Hotel London was ideal. The accommodations were good. My partner especially enjoyed having access to pool and sauna. The only negative was a loud clicking sound, that sounded like the room door opening and closing. This happened at few times an hour throughout our stay. It is quite unnerving at 2am. The staff were fantastic though, with special mention to Raquel, the night manager, and Pablo, the receptionist. Among other things, they helped us use the Cast function from phone to hotel TV. They were both diligent, pleasant and a delight to engage with. Good marks for hotel, highest marks for staff. I should also mention that I loved the quick and easy coffee machine at breakfast, and the quirky art throughout the hotel. David and Mari
