Oakridge Mountain Resort truly stands out as an exceptional place from the moment you arrive. The entrance is impressive and sets the tone for an outstanding experience. The breakfast at their Ni restaurant is a delightful affair, offering a mouthwatering selection from Lebanese to international cuisine. For lunch, we enjoyed an amazing sushi experience. The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with high-tech amenities that catered to our every need. The staff was incredible, providing friendly and attentive service. Rami and Pierre were particularly helpful, making our stay even more pleasant. The resort boasts a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for an escape. The spa was a highlight of our stay, offering a 5-star experience. Mabelle took excellent care of us, demonstrating a high level of professionalism. Overall, Oakridge Mountain Resort exceeded our expectations in every aspect.
The regular room was spacious (35m²), modern & neatly furnished, the staff genuinely accommodating & helpful. A special mention to Sirine, the front receptionist, we can't praise her enough! Had a little misunderstanding with another receptionist, she wasn't attentive in hearing our side of the story & rubbed it off with a, "this has only happened with you & we've never experienced that with any client before". On every other front however, Oakridge is a comfortable two thumbs up.
Worst reservation experience. First, they claimed the reservation is still closed. Two months later when reservation opened, they said they were sorry as they gave the rooms for their VIPs. I’ve never had such a bad experience with reservation. The lady, who knew they were at fault, refused to share her name or escalate to a manager. Worst customer experience!
