Oasia Hotel Novena Singapore

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Oasia Hotel Novena. Booked a standard twin room and it was certainly worth the value. The room provided a lot of facilities such as a safe, bath robes and slippers, tea and coffee, a fridge, and lots of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. As well as other extra bathroom items like a hair dryer. On top of that, when we needed extra items, the staff quickly came to help us. The room also had a stunning view, and I loved the addition of a window screen to keep the room dark to help with sleeping. I did, however, have a little trouble working the air conditioner. It was always set to a high fan level, and it would always keep the room a bit too cold. I also noticed that after a couple of days, I think the shower drain started to get a bit blocked as a lot of water would start to pool around the bottom of the shower. Not sure if that's a common occurrence or just something with the room I had. I would also like to address that the bathtub probably needed a bit of a clean too as there was a noticeable layer of dust on the bottom. The pool on level 8 is quite nice. Lots of lounge chairs and spaces to relax on the pool deck. The hotel also provides you with pool towels that are available by the pool - which I think is amazing! Last thing, the hotel is conveniently connected to an underground MRT entrance and to Novena Square which was fantastic as I used the MRT a lot. I notice though that you don't need the hotel key card to use the lift, you do need one to get into your room, however, it does sort of indicate that anyone could get into the hotel or even to the pool (which might be valuable for the hotel to know so that only hotel guests are using their facilities). Overall, it was a really nice stay and I will definitely be recommending this hotel to others travelling to Singapore. It was a very convenient, comfortable, and stylish place to stay in.

Novena is a good Place to stay. Staff is friendly. Don't compare price and room sizes to other countries as stay anywhere in Singapore is costly. From Basement you can easily walk to MRT. only thing I will suggest is installing water sprays near commode as many people prefer water over tissue paper for better hygiene😄

I decided to book a room for a last-minute staycation and I’m so glad to be lucky enough to get a good room facing the city. The views are very good in the room. I’m not a very fussy traveler so I’m quite pleased with everything. The bed was comfortable and the temperature of the room can be set to my liking. Tap water is also drinkable as well. So that’s convenient.
