Despite having some issues with the A/C, the hotel staff went way beyond to make sure we were comfortable and moved us to another room. We received complimentary breakfast during our stay and we were made feel special. The food was delicious! Big shout out to Cristian at the bar, who served us the best drinks and recommended the burgers! + so friendly and focused to make our time was enjoyable. Thanks to everyone! We will be back!

Loved my stay here. Friendly, professional staff who were always approachable and helpful and, so kindly, acknowledged my birthday during my stay with them. Room and bathroom were both very clean and a comfortable size. Complimentary daily water given and the mini fridge was an extremely welcomed facility for me. The hotel is on a busy road but not noisy at all in my room - very peaceful. A pedestrian crossing just up from the hotel and a 5minute walk to the beach which was lovely!!! Beautiful sea... what a gift. Thank you!

I had one of the worst hotel experiences I've ever encountered. From the moment I arrived, the staff were unprofessional. They insisted I fill out a new form for the Police at the desk. After completing the forms, they demanded an email address for each guest and for my question about whether someone has no email address, threatened that the police would explain it—and then actually called the police. This was deeply humiliating, absurd, and completely unjustified. Rather than offering hospitality or help, the staff chose confrontation. No explanation, no courtesy—just aggression and intimidation. To make things even worse, the area around the hotel felt unsafe, and during my stay, my car window was smashed. I didn’t feel secure at all. At this point, I don’t care about breakfast, location, or high price. None of that matters when you’re treated with such disrespect and your safety is at risk. I strongly advise others to avoid this place. I will never return.
