Océano Boutique Hotel & Bistró

I'm a week and half into a 4 week stay at Oceano and it is amazing! All of the people who work here, from the front desk, to the bar & restaurant staff to the cleaning staff are incredibly kind and professional. The pool is impeccably clean and incredibly nice with plenty of cushioned lounge chairs and umbrellas. I'm enjoying the breakfast menu (decent portions and yummy food for an included breakfast) and expansive lunch and dinner options. The beds and pillows are super comfortable and the water pressure, especially in the shower is great. While not directly on the beach, the hotel is super close to the downtown area and has a little convenience store and a Soda (authentic Costa Rican restaurant) right next door. Thank you to everyone at the Oceano Hotel for continuing to make my stay here so great.

We love this place! Beautiful hotel, the room and hotel are new, clean and so fun to stay in. Very welcoming. Delicious breakfast included, friendly staff, chill pool. We loved the view to the mountains. Would absolutely recommend staying here. Also kid friendly, little pool and small park

I stayed at this hotel for five days and booked two rooms—one facing the street and the other overlooking the pool. Be aware that the street-facing rooms can get quite noisy in the early mornings due to traffic and nearby construction, which is something to consider when making your reservation. In contrast, the pool-facing rooms were pleasant and offered a more peaceful and attractive view. The hotel itself features a small but nice pool. However, the rooms were sparsely equipped, offering only a few essentials such as limited clothes hangers and basic amenities. Overall, my experience at this hotel was average.
