The best about our stay was the people. We received outstanding service in addition to very clean rooms in a very safe, convenient location. Sofia and Amanda were amazing, making us feel very welcoming.

We stayed at this hotel in Providencia, Santiago de Chile, and overall had a good experience. The best part was definitely the location—very convenient, with lots of restaurants, stores, and public transport options just a short walk away. The hotel itself is modern and clean, and our room had everything we needed. We did have an issue with the minibar not working, but as soon as we reported it, it was fixed quickly, which we appreciated. Breakfast was just okay—not amazing, but not bad either. It was a typical buffet with enough variety to start the day. The only downside was the front desk staff, who weren’t particularly warm or customer-focused. On the other hand, the housekeeping team was much friendlier and more welcoming. Overall, I would recommend this hotel. It’s a solid choice in a great neighborhood, and we had a comfortable stay.

The sink is very shallow and it is located outside the bathroom, water splashes all over the walk way. The toilet bowl does not fill with water all the way and if you poop you will flush a lot to get rid of the clingons. But the hotel is in a great location, it’s more like a budget hotel with luxury prices. To name up for all of the minuses they had free coffee in the morning at the reception. The windows need some cleaning. Not sure what their association is with Hilton.
