Olbios Marina Resort

A lovely, friendly hotel! Great services. The restaurant was new and modern with a wide range of Turkish food. Lovely clean pool with a great team of animators who mad sure everyone had a fun time. The rooms were also very nice and kept clean on a daily basis. The sea and beach was also amazin! Definitely recommend!

We spent 3 nights, 4 days in Standard room on 3rd floor. The room , bathroom itself and some other hotel spots need renovation. It's very painful to stay on 3rd floor with the children, too many stairs in the end. Our room was little bit old and outdated, bathroom was not very suitable to use with a small child and from time to time it's smelly. Sea is little bit far to walk twice a day with a children, golf car can take you to some point and then you need to walk. The golf car gets broken often, at least this is what was told to us by one worker. Food is good, standard Turkish food. Didn't use the pool since we went to the beach but as far as I could notice pool gets noisy with loud music. Location is only suitable with the car.

We brought our grandmother who cant walk much , so she requires a wheelchair. When reserving the room I also put in a note about this. When we arrived they said they have two wheelchairs but they are in Medical Centre but the person who has the key is off duty for the day so they cant provide us with the wheelchairs. They had a mini golf kind of looking vehicles to take people around but they could only go to certain places. So we had to use it once to go to the snack bar but the vehicle is big so it can only go to a certain point and the handicapped person had to walk the rest of the way in pain. When we called the reception to ask for the vehicle they said the battery died and we have to wait until the next morning. My grandmother was in so much pain and stress that we had to take her back to her home without even her seeing the hotel room ! We booked a Bungalow family room which had a very low quality bunk bed , even if your finger accidentally touches it wobbles. You cant enjoy the pool in this hotel because there are animators trying to do activities all day and music playing from low quality speakers on high volume. There is a place called snack bar next to the pool where you are suppose to spend most of your free time during the day and in the evening and there are live music during the week and children activities. It is impossible to tolerate that noise coming out of those speakers ( high volume) during the day because it is next to the pool and in the evening too. Honestly the only positive thing about this hotel is the sea but the sea is public so anyone can come.
