Olimpic Hotel

Lovely lovely people. Clean and comfortable rooms. The swimming pool was also lovely , especially after a day walking around a very hot city. Perfect city hotel.

Hotel is in a great location, breakfast options are sufficient, parking available (although spaces can get full). Jack provided great service and was very helpful during our stay. Rooms and hotel lobby is dated but good value for money.

This hotel was a big disappointment during our trip to Balkans and our experience don't match the reviews at all. The hotel is old with lot of scope for improvement in the seating area and rooms. What put us off was the check-in experience mainly with a very rude staff member who was not helpful at all. Even though hotel mentioned they take card, he was very condescending in tone telling us he needed cash and not polite and welcoming at all. He gave instructions to us in a very rude tone and wasn't happy to see us at all. Breakfast was average and amenities as well. In the day time, there was another staff and she was helpful giving me coins in exchange of cash - thank you. Overall, I don't recommend this place for international travellers. I travel a lot and been in Balkans for two weeks and this is the worst place we stayed in this area. Location is great and we got parking, so that is fine. What upset us was the overall vibe of the place.
