Ruined the whole holiday experience!!!!! We arrived from Novosibirsk, checked in in the evening at 22:30 for a day, upon check-in they did not inform us about the time of stay in the room (for those who don’t know, who rented a hotel room for the first time, they thought until 22:30 the next day). The next day, after 13:00 it turned out that the number was until 12:00. We weren't in the room after 11. The hotel started calling only after 13:00. As a result, the employees themselves extended the room until 18:00 and charged 4,000 rubles for it. To the objections that we didn’t know, no one told us in advance, they answered that the same rules apply everywhere For the price of the rooms, we expected better service. We'll never go back there again
