nice location, the room and building seems to need up dated. fascia boards are just dangling in the wind. salad is more than just lettuce look up the definition, the chicken I was served was like a piece of bad jerky dry and salty. bad cooking for the cost. every thing on the menu consisted stupid combinations. the wife ordered salmon so much sauce could not taste the salmon, just not good! to much for funky food. the chefs should just be let go. dumping can corn and peas together on some noodles with a little tomato and a jerky chicken finger isn't gourmet !! the menu selection pretty much not good. thank goodness for the neighboring restaurants better food for a better price. you know its pretty bad when McDonald's has a better menu.

Very disappointed in resort. My room was not clean. The ottoman in bathroom by vanity was disgustingly filthy. Layers of dust on surfaces. Mirrors not cleaned. Air conditioning battery low on controls and not working. Took pictures and showed management, waiting for housekeeping to clean….stayed out of my room and still no response. Furniture at pool not clean. Really has gone downhill. No service at pool either because it rained this morning and they sent everybody home.

Off to a horrible start by waiting an hour & a half for checking in + another 30 minutes to get our luggage to the room. Ridiculous & zero communication. The room was spacious but very dated, as in run down not quaint. The door to the balcony was so tight that we just left it ajar in case the whole thing came off. Huge crack in the bathroom floor & generally the place needed a good deep clean. At this price point, again, unacceptable. The grounds are nice & spacious but lawn crews before 8am mean there's no vacation lay in. The indoor pool was nice but another place that needs sprucing up. The outdoor pool was good but definitely should be twice the size, more for bobbing in than actually swimming. The restaurants are decent but should be at that price. The highlight was an ATV excursion up & down the mountain, super fun & with very helpful & informative staff. All in all it was a fun & nice time but could have been much better with minimal effort.
