Omni La Mansion del Rio

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary this past weekend at this beautiful hotel and we were impressed with the amazing customer service we received. The hotel itself is historic, but very well maintained and clean. Our room was spacious and comfortable. I highly recommend booking a room with a private balcony, the view is beautiful! We had some drinks and appetizers at their restaurant, Four brothers, the service there was amazing too! The bartenders made some great drinks and the food was delicious! The entire staff was friendly. Especially Bryan, he made sure we enjoyed our stay and was very attentive! Definitely booking another stay!

If you stay anywhere on the river walk, make it this hotel! The service and luxury of this historic hotel are everything you could want in a stay. The staff is absolutely incredible and unlike anywhere I have ever stayed. Right away we were greeted by the valet team who promptly delivered our luggage to our room as if by magic! Santos had excellent restaurant recommendations and was happy to answer our questions. The front desk staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and incredibly friendly! Brianna in particular made our entire stay a breeze. The rooms themselves are clean, beautiful, and chilly (you will want this in San Antonio believe me). The location is perfect and an easy quick walk to any downtown destination. I can not recommend this hotel enough! We will be staying with Omni whenever we can.

We had a great stay here! The trip was not planned but we decided to stay in the area instead of driving back to Austin. So glad we stayed, ended up with a mini vacay in a very nice place. The room was clean, comfortable, and overlooked the river walk. I’m surprised at how quiet it was with so many people walking on the river. The staff blew me away! Everyone was so nice and professional. we will for sure make a planned trip to come back on a weekend.
