Omni Shoreham Hotel

We recently stayed at the Omni Shoreham Hotel and couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the valet drivers and hotel staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely personable. They made us feel welcome at every turn, but what truly stood out was how they went above and beyond to help celebrate my daughter’s birthday. A standout moment was when Dining Manager Darryl and his staff personally curated a beautiful Alice Tea Party spread for her and our guests. It was elegant, thoughtful, and tailored perfectly to make her feel celebrated and cherished. His staff’s attention to detail and warm presence made the moment so memorable. From the front desk staff greeting my child with “Fancy Nancy” birthday wishes and an unforgettable room to team members like Antonio who took time out to share kind words while we waited in the lobby, we encountered people who were gracious, friendly, and genuinely committed to making our stay comfortable and memorable. It’s rare to find that level of personal care in such a large property. Thank you to the Omni Shoreham staff for making a milestone moment even more meaningful.

Beautiful old hotel that has a lot of potential. I will agree with the others that the rooms can use some updating. There is definitely a smell in the room, even though it does appear clean. Great location and staff is super friendly and accommodating. Very kid friendly with a kids room and activities geared towards children. Eva and David at the concierge were extremely helpful in booking tours and obtaining the best prices.

Okay. If the staff were just normal and just did their jobs and didn’t go above and beyond, I’d of gave this place 1/2 star. But they were awesome! From the moment we checked in. Our kids loved it. Never saw a hotel with a kid zone. Pool was awesome. BUT hotel would’ve been the best I ever visited had the rooms been better. And I think they should put equal effort in cleanliness as customer service. Our room had a musty (possibly mold) smell and other guest mentioned the same issue in the elevator. Someone came up a to a manager while we spoke with them to show bug bites all on their arms. Our toilet was hissing the entire stay. Ice bucket had stains and a some items in the bathroom had old toothpaste on it 🤢. I know it’s an older hotel, but it’s beautiful. Rooms just need more attention.
