Ona Apart Hotel & Spa

We booked for 1 night but stayed for 2 more. Nicolas is such a kind soul, he was so accommodating and helpful and give amazing advice. The hotel is very comfortable with everything you need. Great dinner and breakfast, especially the Goulash. Would stay here again 100%

Spent a week there. Part of the Cerro Bayo package we got. Amazing. Facilities are modern and comfortable. Internet is an issue. The owner explains how can make some improvements; however, is a regional issue. Speak with front desk in case you need more juice. Swimming pool is really an attraction itself, for rainy days or even cloudy is a safe option to take with the family. Rooms might need some cooking appliances though the place does the trick. Mercedes and Cecilia (the front desk from afternoon hours) are super professional and nice. Superlative treatment with the kids. They loved them. Ona became an option is we visit the area again.

There is no WiFi in the room, which was a surprise for us because most hotels tend to have it, especially nice ones, like ONA seems to be. The bathroom was also disappointing because the bathtub was leaking. Apart from these two inconveniences, the service was very good, the staff was very friendly and the place was beautiful.
