One Farrer Hotel

A great place to come back to relax after a long day sightseeing. My son enjoyed the pristine gym. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally friendly, and we even had the pleasure of seeing a beautiful wedding setup during our stay. The location is wonderfully convenient, with the metro and plenty of food spots just a short walk away. My biggest issue with many hotels is unclean rooms, but One Farrah truly impressed me. Our room was absolutely spotless, meeting true 5-star standards. A special thanks to the cleaning team on Level 11 for their outstanding work. Breakfast was another highlight. I am not a big breakfast eater so there was enough for me to eat. You can choose how you want your eggs and the staff were so accommodating and even made us fresh masala tea, which was a lovely personal touch. I’d definitely comeback back here as the convenience of the metro made it very easy for us to get around. The Mustafa store is walking distance which sells everything you’d need.

Highly recommended!! We had a wonderful experience at One Farrer Hotel during our recent stay in Singapore. The service provided was exceptional from start to finish. Despite the hotel being fully booked for a wedding on the same day, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us and allowed us to celebrate our son’s birthday at the pool area, something we deeply appreciated. Special thanks to Tracy Lee, who was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. She ensured everything we needed was taken care of with genuine warmth and efficiency. The hotel room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet was absolutely fantastic. Every staff member we encountered at reception was friendly and welcoming. We’d also like to extend our sincere thanks to Duty Manager and staff member Shrii for their support and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Singapore — we will definitely return.

Attended a wedding banquet at Farrer Hotel on June 28. Ambience: The ballroom was beautifully furnished, featuring a lovely greyish-green curtain that added a touch of elegance. The chandeliers were clean and quite spectacular, contributing to the overall aesthetic. I particularly appreciated the cosy lighting and colour scheme, which created a warm and inviting atmosphere. However, it was disappointing to notice an unpleasant smell in the lobby after dinner, likely due to the air conditioning shutting off. Addressing this issue could significantly enhance the guest experience. Image: There seems to be some room for improvement in staff uniforms. The design, including the collar unbuttoned and the absence of socks for female staff, might benefit from a more polished appearance. Additionally, I observed that some staff members wore gloves while others did not, which could lead to inconsistency in presentation. Service: The service was generally good but could use some refinement. It would enhance the dining experience if staff members checked with guests before clearing their plates, and used the correct hospitality verbiage, allowing for a more attentive and courteous service style. Food: The food was good, and while it met expectations, there’s potential for improvement in terms of flavour and presentation as it was served at the side station Overall, Farrer Hotel has a lot of potential, but some adjustments in these areas could take future events to the next level.
