*5 Stars – An Amazing Stay at One Resort Premium Hammamet!* I recently stayed at One Resort Premium Hammamet and had an absolutely incredible experience from start to finish! Everything was perfect—the service, the food, the rooms, and especially the animation team. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and professional. The food was delicious with plenty of variety at every meal, and the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms exceeded our expectations. But what really made our stay unforgettable was the animation team, and especially DJ Sam! He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had the best time. From morning activities to evening shows, DJ Sam brought so much energy and fun. He made us feel welcome every single day and took care of us throughout our entire stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to relax, have fun, and enjoy top-tier service. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

Our overall experience at this 4-star all-inclusive ultra hotel was very positive. However, we did have one issue that left a bad taste at the beginning of our stay. My brother, his wife, and their three children (aged 12, 13, and 14) wanted to purchase day passes to visit us at the hotel, but were told that day tickets could only be issued for guests aged 16 and over, as children were supposedly not allowed. We were disappointed but accepted it—until we later noticed several children on the premises who, as it turned out, were visiting with day passes. When we asked about it, we were told that these were relatives of the hotel owner, and therefore an exception was made. This made us feel like second-class guests, which was frustrating and unfair. That said, the hotel itself was very enjoyable. The staff were friendly and always eager to help, the service was excellent, and the food was delicious with a great variety offered every day. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The children we had with us felt very comfortable and loved the wide range of entertainment and activities provided by the animation team, who were truly outstanding. They checked in with us daily to make sure everything was going well, and their energy and friendliness really enhanced our experience. Despite the initial issue, we were very satisfied with our stay and would recommend the hotel to others. We just hope that in the future, all guests are treated equally when it comes to policies and exceptions.

The beds were super comfortable, and the kids especially loved the bunk beds! Everything was clean and modern, and we appreciated the small details like child-safe furniture and extra towels. The location was perfect – close to local attractions, parks, and family-friendly restaurants. We could walk to most places, which made exploring the area very easy with our kids. The breakfast buffet was a big highlight for all of us. There was something for everyone – fresh fruit, pancakes, eggs, and even fun treats for the little ones. We also really appreciated the play area near the dining space, which allowed us to enjoy our meals while the children played safely. What truly stood out was how family-oriented the entire experience was. The hotel offers games, books, and even organized activities for kids. It made our vacation stress-free and fun from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to any families looking for a clean, friendly, and relaxing place to stay.
