ONE15 Marina Hotel Sentosa Cove

Decided to stay on 16 May n Checkout on 17 May despite some negative reviews. So glad that we had chosen this hotel for our getaway. From the moment we drove in, the security lady was so friendly and helpful, then to the loading bay where the security guards were so understanding and accommodating. Thank you to the security dept. We were attended by a lady for an express checkin! Fantastic! Room(marina view) was clean but of course some wear and tear. No hair strands or speck of dust at the corners n under tables. Thank you to the friendly housekeeping! Breakfast not much spread but was able to fill us. Taste normal. Very attentive and responsible staffs who really care for customers. Checking out was hassle free too! Everything were to our liking and we did feel so welcome by the warmth of all the staffs! Will definitely book again when we want a getaway! Thank you very much One°15!

Overall okay. Quiet room with a beautiful marina view. Got two free soft drink voucher from a nearby bar also. Shower i felt little bit inconvenient and there is no bidet shower for the toilet. Breakfast also okay main course could have more varieties.

The premises are totally and completely different from what is shown! The prices are insane for such a poor quality hotel! Everything is so old in style and really cheap. To start with the bathroom: the tub is under the walking level. There is no way to have a shower but to jump into it and risk your own life! The same when you are through and you want to get out of it! Your feet slip and stumble. Terrible experience. Not to talk about the poor quality of the room. The walls need a thorough cleaning and the whole structure need a deep renovation! Let’s get to the breakfast: well what I have back home is luxury. Very poor quality and quantity. The food was not freshly cooked and prepared and the taste was so bad! Again if everything had a fair price (150$ would be fine, even too much if compared to the standards I have back in Europe) I would go for it! Nooooo almost 700$ for one night??????? Totally insane! This was part of my birthday present, by my husband! You just ruined it, making him crazy because of his choice, of which he was not aware, misled by the false information about your hotel! I think it’s a theft, I’m totally disgusted and disappointed! You ruined my birthday. I would ask you for the money back. My experience in the Singapore marina has been ruined by you. Again I do ask my money back
