Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service was top-notch. I’d especially like to highlight one of the staff members at the coffee shop in GY floor— (Tilik). His warm welcome, kindness, and professional attitude truly made our experience even better. Memorable Stay with Amazing Service and Stunning Sea Views 🌊 I had the pleasure of spending two nights at the Rotana Onyx Hotel in Bahrain Bay, and from start to finish, it was a wonderful experience. My room had a breathtaking sea view that made my stay even more peaceful and enjoyable. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made a great impression with their professionalism and warmth. A special thanks goes to Miss Katrina, who handled my concern about a noise issue on my floor with such care. She quickly arranged for me to move to a quieter room, and her helpful attitude really stood out. The pool area was also a highlight clean, well-organized, and relaxing. Mr. Waseem, the pool bar attendant, was especially impressive with the way he managed the space and interacted with both guests and his team. His professionalism and calm manner added to the overall positive atmosphere. The concierge team was equally excellent always polite, helpful, and welcoming. The hotel itself is stylish, spotless, and clearly maintained to a very high standard. Everything about the stay reflected the quality and service that Rotana is known for. Thank you to the entire team for making my short visit so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and beautiful views in Bahrain Bay.

You truly make our pool experience enjoyable. plus your excellent customer service and thoughtfulness in providing towels were icing on the cake! The infinity pool itself is absolutely stunning, breathtaking views and perfect spot to relax. Thank you for keeping us safe Benson.
