It is a nice hotel I have experienced alot of hospitality as a fish supplier I imagine of how the tourists are treated if as a supplier I am well treated. it is among the 5 stars Hotels in Kenya
We were pleased with the hotel. The room was cleaned every day. The only problem was the frequent lack of hot water in the shower. Beautiful beach surrounded by palm trees. The ocean is hot, but you have to remember that there are tides and here you can walk on the ocean floor. The manager is very committed and helpful. I recommend this hotel.
Never coming back ! First of all, there is an obvious favoritism for Italian people, some of the staff doesn’t even speak English. Staff at the reception is very rude, not even a hello or a smile. After the checkout, they told us we had to pay for the last meal of our stay even we were on all inclusive !! One night I found an INSECT in my food and the waiter just said “oh okay”, this is not acceptable ! And last but not least the rooms were not cleaned regularly and most of the days they forgot to put the clean towels back in the room.
