I called the hotel and asked whether they speak English or Russian to start the conversation. The lady on the phone replied: ‘Kartulad, Georgian please.’ When I continued speaking in English, she simply hung up and never called back. This is absolutely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. People working in the hospitality industry must never behave like this. If this is the level of service your hotel provides, it is truly disgraceful.

We could not enter the pool, There were 12 mountain size man playing water-ball in the pool and screaming like animals. No privacy, no peace, no rest after tiring day - just screams and room full of non-behaving people. Why staff can’t control the situation?! they also were annoyed. My money would definitely have better value somewhere else.

this hotel stole my money, be careful they don't steal your money. be careful about this hotel, in booking said no payment need and free cancellation , no credit card needed , but when i reserved they called me and asked for money and they said if you not pay system is not working and they can’t confirm my reservation, so i paid 100 gel , but for some reason i wasn’t able to go so i cancelled in the same day but they didn’t gave back my money.
