Orient Luxury Hotel

The hotel lobby is simple but bright and comfortable. The room is spacious in consideration of its pricing in Taiwan. Breakfast is okay, but no cook makes eggs or noodles for guests on site. The underground has limited number of carpark, but the hotel has 2 or 3 subcontract parking spaces nearby. Just need to walk over for like 5 mins.

First time visiting with family. Took High Speed Train to Chia-yi station. Arrived hotel by taking the free BRT bus (about 20 minutes) & 5-minute walk. You can take a taxi either. The front door was dark as there was less lighting & it's evening time. It took me a few minutes to find the entrance. The room price is reasonable for spacious room. There is a separate building of the playground next to the hotel which kids would like to play. Nice hotel for family to stay .

6 “Not recommend for family and children ” I recently stayed at this hotel and wanted to share my experience. The staff were friendly, but not very flexible when it came to requests. The biggest inconvenience was the parking lot, which was extremely small and could only accommodate about 20 cars. This was a major hassle, especially when trying to find a spot. I was also disappointed to find out that the hotel doesn't have its own play area for kids. Instead, guests have to pay extra to use a children's play zone next door, even though there was a discount. Considering the price range, the hotel felt quite expensive compared to other similar resorts (like Look Royal Resort, for instance). The lack of a swimming pool was another downside. Lastly, the breakfast selection was very limited and not diverse. Overall, while the staff were pleasant, the lack of flexibility, poor parking, absence of a proper play area and pool, and limited breakfast options made me feel that the price was not justified. It's an okay choice, but you might find better value elsewhere.
