Nice and cosy hotel. Friendly staff, quiet, tidy and well cooled rooms. Excellent sauna and nice little pool. Easy to reach Helsinki city center by metro. Just next to brand new shopping center.
The right hand doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. Reception desk “please feel free to dine in our restaurant” Restaurant “you need a reservation” (as if we walked into the busiest restaurant in Helsinki without a booking). Reception should know that the restaurant is booked out and tell people “you need a reservation”. Do better
The bathroom was dirty, the furniture in the rooms is damaged, the receptionist was impolite, as a guest that pays a bit too much for an absolute below average hotel, I gave 1 star. There are better places to stay, where the ratio price/quality and cleanliness is better. But it might just be the Finnish standard.
