The staff provided great service across many interactions. Very friendly and attentative. The concierge floor and upgraded rooms are very nice with amazing water pressure. Rooms had been remodeled and were in good repair. The drain was a bit slow in the oversized shower. The hotel was secure and safe with a few ve4y good restaurants and a bar. There is a spa and massages are available. The weekend breakfast buffet was good at El Patio. This was a great value and is in the center close to most things.

Everything great during my stay. Staff were very pleasant. Room was cleaned quickly. Pool was clean and heated. Will happliy return anytime I visit Guayaquil.

The hotel is decent. The beds are comfy. My husband thinks too soft but I find comfy. We love the walk in rainfall shower. Breakfast is delicious. Best selection of fresh fruit ever. The staff is decent and mostly helpful. If there is someone who doesn’t speak English, they find someone to assist. The location is VERY loud and we didn’t expect that. It was hard to get a sound sleep. We have never stayed at a hotel with armed guards at our hotel front door before so that was an experience but they were cordial and polite. I wouldn’t pick this location again due to noise and congestion but overall it was an okay experience . We were placed here by a tour group for five nights
