Front Desk & Concierge The reception team was not only hospitable but also highly knowledgeable in ensuring that every need was met promptly. Housekeeping & Maintenance A long stay requires consistent cleanliness and upkeep, and the housekeeping team exceeded expectations. Rooms were always spotless, linens fresh, and any requests for extra amenities were handled efficiently. They responded quickly to any issues or need. Food & Beverage The restaurant and tea room and room service teams delivered outstanding service. The chefs curated a diverse menu that kept meals exciting throughout the stay. The waitstaff was always attentive, ensuring a comfortable dining experience with a personal touch. Security & General Management Feeling safe is crucial for long stays, and the security team provided a reassuring presence throughout the hotel. Me and my family had a horrible experience at the Oryx hotel. What an absolute shame of a hotel. 5 stars? I don’t know who fed them this nonsense. The rooms have a horrible smell, like sewer, mold in showers, dirty floors, dirty sheets, AC barely works, its hotter inside the room than outside. The Pool? Another joke, it is the size of a kids pool. No ac in the lobby Food left for hours in the hallways leaving a nasty smell. Disrespectful staff, they won’t believe any of your complaints and will argue with you. Dogs next to rooms barking through out night. DO NOT COME HERE. I BEG YOU
