Every room is spacious and very well maintained . Staff is super amazing in their hospitality. Amazing ambiance. Amazing vibe. The property is very well maintained . Recommended for everyone. You can have your privacy and your me time . The property is close to Panjim and north Goa . A special thanks to Mr. Subhendu , Mr Rama & their team for extending great hospitality and a warm stay. Great resort to relax at with family or friends. Although the service was a bit disappointing and the food was okay, of what I tried at least. Still, it's a beautiful location and I would definitely recommend going there during summer.

This is another one of those so called resorts which doesn't have a resort feel. Only things they have tried to do is colour the rooms outside in different colours that's it.. there's no resort feel.. there are lizards in the rooms.. pathetic room service... Quality of food is just so so... Plus u need to ask them for each and everything in the room.. it's not automatically supplied.. the crowd is all drivers and cleaners staying... And they charge a bomb for this pathetic service...U can get better hotels in the same price in Panjim... Also in Ribandar... This should be the last option..pathetic.. just pathetic
