Oyado Sansui

We stayed for a night, along with the starry night shuttle. They also got the starry night tickets for us, which was a unique experience. The room was very nice and the staff was very welcoming and the food was amazing. I would highly recommend both the dinner and breakfast.

I booked in their Japanese web site and got a very decent deals for two nights. Food was great. Service was very friendly. It was a different dinner and breakfast menu for the two days. I forgot to tell them i don't drink, so the first night dinner, there was a small glass of Japanese wine. On the second day, they changed it to juice for me, very warm hearted. Thank you. Someone played with fireworks near by one night and I had fun watching it.

The best Japanese style ryokan we have ever encountered. Though the boss and workers can’t speak good English, the made their best effort to let us understand the facilities and services. Two little things worth commendation. First, they lead the guests to the lounge while they do the check-in. So guest can sit comfortably and wait. Second, they clear the snow on our rental car. I didn’t expect them to also clear guests’ cars. That’s just heartwarming. Their Japanese bath is rather small, but they make it up with their nearly perfect service.
