Oz Hotel Luxury

I was impressed the moment we walked in… didn’t even get out of the taxi before one of the hotel workers already grabbed our bags to walk us in..they upgraded us to a room with a king size bed at no charge. Provided a free drink before we finished checking in. They walk you into your room and make sure everything is set. Everyone is extremely friendly, amazing service and the breakfast was top tier. I’ve traveled quite a bit but this hotel left an impression. The reviewers are true about the rooms being small but who cares.. you don’t come here for the room it’s just a place to sleep and is more than accommodating. 10/10.

They upgraded our room, and we ended up with a room that had a balcony and an amazing view. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. They change their breakfast buffet menu every day. The location is close to the beach, and the neighbourhood is safe, with lots of good restaurants.

I had a great experience at Hotel Oz! From the moment I checked in, the staff was super friendly. They walked my bags inside, gave me a welcome drink, and even carried my suitcase to my door. They also made sure I had the Wi-Fi info and anything else I needed. Everyone was really nice and helpful anytime I talked to them. The buffet was delicious, and the staff was super attentive. Big shoutout to Jorge, the doorman, and the front desk team—Maria C., Maria A., and Wendy—they were all amazing. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!
