Ozkaymak Marina Hotel Ultra All Inclusive

First of all I really appreciate to cleaning service of the hotel. I had been stayed from 6-12 June 2025, room No.1402, so after my every absence in the room during the day the hotel maid cleaned my room and made the bed. But I have never seen her/him. So, I highly evaluate work of cleaning service.

This hotel has been newly renovated, so everything feels fresh and modern! It’s classy, clean, and beautifully maintained. We left another resort we weren’t happy with, and the difference here was incredible. The front desk staff was friendly and polite. Both pools were spotless, with comfortable lounge chairs and a poolside bar. The food was delicious, and the music by the pool added to the fun vibe. Our room had a lovely view of the pool and ocean, and the beach was just a 2-minute walk away—soft, sandy, and free of rocks! Unlike our previous hotel, the staff here wasn’t pushy about excursions or on-site massages, which made our stay much more relaxing. The housekeeping staff was so sweet, and I loved the thoughtful touch of the light outside the room, indicating whether you were sleeping or ready for cleaning (photo attached). There were quite a few kids, but luckily, the two pools seemed to be divided—one for families and another with a quieter, more adult-friendly atmosphere. Overall, a fantastic experience!

The hotel looks new and the rooms are good and clean,pool is also good.the beach is horible, this is a shame for 5 star hotel to have a beach like that. the beach is 10 meters long and there are to many rocks when u want to go inside, in the bar the coffe machine didnt worked 3 days, the water in the freezer is hot, u ask the bar guy something he dont respond he is on the phone. they also dont have ice cream on the beach there is some guy that sell icecream for 4 eur.the water is full with oil from the boats so for the beach 0 star. the food everysingle day is same that much same that i remebered where is what staying of the food .everyday is same fish. there is everyday some other theme food and today for exemple was turkish theme and alsooo there was only fish to eat and potatos,staff is all the time on your head and waiting just to grab your waste food and make you to go away,i took some cakes to try and left mu fork there and went 10 sec to take more and he already took it i went to hrab another fork and there was no clean ones and asked him to bring me and he dident.So maximum for this hotel is 3 stars.
