Palais Jena Hotel & Spa

What an amazing hidden gem that is a little off the beaten path! The suite was very spacious, quiet, and clean with a little outdoor space to relax and drink your coffee and two beautiful outdoor pools to swim in and enjoy. Breakfast was also included and had a good variety of tasty foods. Chihab was very welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for an affordable, nice place in the area.

Really comfortable stay! 15-20 mins drive to the busy center. Fast WiFi, yummy breakfast, really nice people here. Special thanks to Chihab! He made sure we had the best time! 😊

Honest review here and some suggestions for the hotel: When we first arrived,the location was fine but nothing special. You park your car in front of the hotel there’s no actual enclosed parking or whatsoever so that’s something we did not like from the start. We went to the front desk, nice lady, check in was quick but they will not automatically offer to help you with luggage but a nice gentleman saw us struggling with the bags and did offer to help. The front desk lady led us to our room, and on my way there all I was noticing is the dirty corridor carpet. We have booked a junior suite with terrace. The room is very spacious and after inspection it looked clean BUT the terrace glass door couldn’t be closed because the lock was broken. We had to inform the front desk so they sent a guy to do some drilling work while we were in the room.l and that was not pleasant. The lighting of the room is awful. There was a king size bed plus a twin bed but the twin bed had no headboard. The bathroom was something I liked. It was clean and bright. The outside area is beautiful, very nice and calm we didn’t get to swim because it was a little bit chilly. The restaurant area was not too bad. The staff is very nice yes but that’s not only was what makes a 4 star hotel.
