Palladium Business Hotel

my hotel, was overall a four star review ,it would've been a five stars if I didn't have my last day a little bit of a bump with one of the front desk employees, beside that the manager there first name (Agustin) was a pleasure of a problem solver in all areas he goes above measures to try to make sure that everything is exactly how you would like your stay to be . Besides that a little bit of hospitality training is needed. Some of the employees are a bit rough around the edges and don't really get the concept of customer service !!! I believe the cleanliness of the hotel for being an old building in newly renovated is actually pretty good there are certain things that might amaze you that they do, but it's all for security reasons. The area has really the best (mall) as they describe shopping, accessibility to the beach across the street and splendid rooftop view with a rooftop pool. The food is actually pretty good I ordered some hors d'oeuvres and also some main dishes and lots of bar of course can't come here in the summer and not enjoy a good cocktail ! for being a four star hotel the bar drinks are not at a bad price or the beverages in the lobby. Overall being in the hospitality business for over 20 years,", I can say there are some things that could make much better today to reach that one extra star that's needed but if I was to have to come back, I would definitely stay here again without a doubt the fact that I am from this area ,and have not been around here in 36 years. I am glad I chose this spot and that all of my friends and family were able to come as guest to visit and enjoy all of the amenities with me. There are a few homeless and addics around the area, but nobody will bother you or anything ojt of thos world any other place doesn't deal with. Dont think twice book and enjoy your day his marvelous hotel in the heart of montevideo . In o great montevideo !!!!thank you Palladium for such a great experience I will be returning soon. shout out to the gentleman at the bar and the ladies that clean the hotel the housekeepers in specific you guys are definitely doing above and beyond !) your labor does nothon unoticed!!!also for th efromt desk in the A.m shift mostly ,you answered all questions before amd after my stay Agustin you deserve a raise as we say in the u. s.a you reap what you sowe.

Well located in a quiet and tranquil neighborhood the hotel has a decent set of amenities and facilities, the staff was aleays helpful and dedicated. The room was cleaned daily and even if its not perfect (had some minor issues like loose wall outles and fun smells in several places, can say it is totally worth the price and staying in here.

Holiday stay, large and spacious room, however, for this type of hotel, the windows let in a lot of noise from the street and the bathrooms need updating, reception should be more attentive. The gym is very old and not maintained.
