A comfortable hotel. The food is excellent. Wi-Fi is not available in the room.
This was probably a 5 star hotel 10-15 years ago, but today is at max a 3 stars. Even after reading the comments to set realistic expectations, we managed to still be disappointed. Stained towels, poor quality food, no wifi in the rooms, and broken beach chairs are only a few of the things we experienced during our 3 nights stay. The building itself looks like in pictures and is very beautiful, everything is very esthetic, however worn out. I think it's ok if you pass by for one night, but for more than that it is not the holiday you would expect.
Unfortunately not a 5 star Hotel at all. At maximum a 3 Star hotel. Everything is broken or/and dirty. The service is not great at all. When going to the pool and asking for a towel to lie down, the staff tells to take a towel from the room. And then you lie down on a broken chair. And don't let me get started on the food. The price for this quality is way to high. 3 stars and 50% of the price would be justified. This hotel definitely needs a complete makeover including the staff and food selection.
