Well-maintained and clean hotel with a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were polite and always acknowledged guests, which made the stay feel welcoming. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food. Rooms were tidy with good housekeeping. There’s also a high-quality American pool table near the bar area. Really appreciated that the hotel uses FSC-certified toiletries and shows real commitment to sustainability (ESG). Great overall experience!

The room is spacious and clean. The hospitality of the staffs are awesome. Love the pool also, as have areas for kids and adult with variable depth. Buffet spread for breakfast are all delicious. Will come again for staycation.

Staff were pleasant and courteous. Overall good service. Paid RM492 for a Standard Tamera King room (with breakfast for 2) which was spacious and generally clean, but there were some stains/markings on surfaces (floor, couch, walls etc). There was also some green mold growing on the corner grouts in the bathroom (not a huge amount but unpleasant nonetheless). Food-wise, breakfast was decent (standard western and Malaysian fares with live Roti Canai counter) while the Ramadhan dinner buffet (purchased separately at RM127 per pax early bird) was mediocre (large variety but taste left alot to be desired). Complimentary "Kopi Dulu" session at 4-6pm, serving Malaysian coffee and a small selection of local delicacies (sweet kuihs, curry puffs and Roti Kok). Fitness center was adequate with threadmills, dumbbells, bench and several machines. Swimming pool was also of a decent size. Free shuttle service to IOI Putrajaya Mall (did not use this service). All in all, for its price, it was an average stay and dinner.
