Paloma De Goa Resort

The hotel was built about six years ago, and over time, some things have naturally worn out on the outside. However, overall, it’s a cozy place with air conditioning, hot water, and a swimming pool. What would I improve? Probably the breakfast. It’s quite modest, and the kitchen where it’s served could use some renovation. However, it looks like they might be preparing a new space for the kitchen, as there is visible construction work going on. The staff is polite—no complaints at all.

We had a recent stay here with family and kids. It was a pleasant experience with cozy atmosphere, we were given 2bhk apartment which was exceptionally useful with a living room, kitchen and 2 bed rooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful they even aided us with an induction and utensils for cooking, Rooms were nice and well maintained and swimming pool was neat and clean.Breakfast was nice and can be improved. I would recommend them for a nice stay in goa.

The resort has three floors but no elevator. They do not provide complimentary water bottles. Additionally, they do not have their own restaurant; instead, they offer a menu from a restaurant located 1 km away. If you need to reorder something, like roti, it is unlikely they will accommodate it. Overall, it seems like this property is owned by someone else and managed by a different team that is not focused on customer experience. They simply provide a room, leaving everything else to the guest’s responsibility.
