Paloma Orenda All inclusive

This hotel really has it all. From kind staff to clean rooms/ surroundings to amazing food. Stayed here for 7 days and it was the best holiday. Lots of activities for all different ages, the entertainment team were amazing. Plenty of food options, drinks and desserts. Quick service from the waitresses and barman’s at all times of the day. Zeynep from the buffet restaurant was amazing, she took care of us most of the nights, remembered our drink order, she was always polite and smiling which was really nice. Also, super super clean rooms. One thing I recommend looking into, is the pool bar. Most of the times we found that it was extremely full and busy of kids, so most of the time we were unable to get a drink from there. I believe that area should be an adults only pool. Would definitely visit again! ⭐️

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location of the room was perfect. The breakfast and dinner was delicious with plenty of options, and the overall atmosphere made me feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Also the staff at this hotel truly made my stay exceptional. From the moment I arrived, they were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Gökçe Hanım and Fatma Hanım with other in particular, stood out with their professionalism and kindness.I’d also like to highlight the amazing team at the pool bar, who were friendly and fast.

After much searching and reading reviews, I decided on the Paloma Orenda Hotel for my wife’s birthday holiday this year—and I’m so glad I did. It exceeded my expectations. The hotel is beautifully modern, the food is incredibly varied and available at all hours, and the staff are all lovely—respectful, kind, and genuinely committed to making your stay enjoyable. It’s worth tipping them—they really go above and beyond. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the housekeeping team keeps them spotless daily. In fact, the entire site is immaculate, with staff and management constantly monitoring to ensure everything is perfect. It’s a well-oiled machine, and you really notice the effort that goes into keeping things running smoothly—it sets this hotel apart from the rest. A special mention to Saba from the entertainment team—he’s a fantastic character and incredibly hardworking. In fact all the staff across every department work tirelessly to keep guests happy, it really doesn’t go unnoticed. In my opinion, Paloma Orenda fully deserves a 5-star rating.
