⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed at Pan Pacific Jakarta from 26–29 May 2025, and it was truly a 5-star experience. The hotel is new, beautifully designed, and very well-maintained. My Junior Suite was spacious, clean, and extremely comfortable. When I arrived, my room wasn’t ready yet, but the team kindly invited me to wait and relax at their Club Lounge Suite — a thoughtful gesture that made a great first impression. The lounge was elegant, quiet, and offered great refreshments. All the staff were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Special thanks to Marco from concierge and Nadya at reception — both provided outstanding service and made me feel very welcomed. The room was well-equipped with high-end amenities like a Dyson hair dryer and Jo Loves toiletries, which added an extra touch of luxury. The food was also excellent — from breakfast to evening canapés, everything was top quality. I will definitely come back. One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in Jakarta — truly a 5-star experience from start to finish!

Best hotel I’ve stayed in for quite some time and prob my fav Pan Pacific. It is very new, thus everything is fresh and clean. The rooms are very nice and well detailed. Incredible views! Staff are very warm and friendly. Gym and pool are exceptional. The breakfast was great! Will be back on next stay in Jakarta!

This is my second time staying at Pan Pacific Jakarta … and it’s clear NOTHING has improved. The staff are unhelpful, indifferent, and seem to have no interest in guest comfort. The room had a horrible smell, just like the first time I stayed here. You’d expect a five-star hotel to learn from past mistakes, but apparently not. How hard is it to provide a clean, odor-free room and basic hospitality? Extremely disappointed and beyond frustrated. Never coming back.
