Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan

We had a truly enjoyable and relaxing stay at Pantai Indah Lagoi Bintan. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a very warm welcome by the staff, picking up upon our arrival at the ferry terminal. The one-bedroom villa was private, spacious, beautifully designed, and exceptionally clean — everything was well maintained throughout our stay. We had read about the open-concept bathroom attracting bugs at night, but to our surprise, everything was clean and there were no issues at all. The villa struck a perfect balance between being close to nature and offering the comfort of a luxury resort. What really stood out was the service — the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Communication via WhatsApp was fast and efficient, making it easy to arrange anything we needed during our stay. Although the resort is on the quieter side with limited entertainment options, it was exactly what we were looking for in a peaceful escape. The private pool was perfect for soaking up the sun and relaxing. The in-house taxi service was also very convenient and made exploring the island hassle-free. All in all, Pantai Indah Lagoi provided a serene and luxurious retreat with top-notch service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a restful break.

I actually love everything about the villa stay! Staff were courteous. Food was great. Room was clean and so were the pool! My kid loves playing in the pool! She would give up her favourite activity (walking outdoors) just so she can go back and swim. Only setbacks were that it's far from everything else. There's nowhere for us to go and we hope they have more food variety. Their breakfast though was on another level. I love the coffee and my kid loved the orange juice too!

Location-wise, it was peaceful yet convenient, with nearby restaurants and attractions just a short drive away. Waking up to the sound of nature and enjoying the stunning sunset by the beach was pure bliss. I highly recommend Pantai Indah Lagoi for anyone seeking a luxurious, peaceful retreat—whether traveling solo or with loved ones. 10/10 experience, and I can’t wait to return!
